Hyppo 🍭

When you first take a step into Hyppo, it is if you are transported into a fruity popsicle Yellow Submarine themed room. The walls are vibrant with colors and art, yet the interior provides a minimalist decor. The entire front counter is filled with a diverse array of popsicle flavors and combinations. You can also find cute promotional items from t-shirts and mugs to tea bags. The instagram worthy shot here? The mural inside their store provides an effective backdrop for either a selfie or a portrait of your popsicle. #TheHyppo

Cassis American Brasserie | 170 Beach Dr NE

The spiral sculpture, known as the Q Wave by Gord Heuther, is placed right in front of Cassis American Brasserie. Some may say it is the direct symbol of Beach Drive. Catch it on a sunny Florida day, and you’ll notice the shimmering multicolored glass plates aligned in the Q. #TheQWave #CassisAmericanBrasserie

The urban mural “You Are My Sunshine” painted in vibrant blues and yellows will not fail to put a smile on your face. Hungry after you take a few selfies? Banyan Cafe is the perfect little spot to grab some breakfast, early or late through the day. They are known as an “urban jewel” in the city. The atmosphere is a calm, vintage style and is adjacent to the Morean Arts Center (which you can peek inside through Banyan!) #YouAreMySunshine #BanyanCafe

100 Arts District | 100 2nd Ave N

I love this goofy city so much.

Held under the umbrella of the St. Petersburg Arts Alliances, the 100 Arts District features numerous murals on the walls of buildings. Be a prisoner to a ravenous shark, receive a contagious smile from a happy-go-lucky sun, or if you are in need of a solid “artsy” background just for fun, you can choose from the copious amounts of murals that don’t necessarily have a distinct image. #100ArtsDistrict

Skyline Behind The Dali Museum | 1 Dali Blvd

If you don’t have a snapshot of the city skyline, do you really live in the city? Time yourself to get behind the Dali Museum when the sun is setting to capture a very awe-inspiring scene. With the harbor, boats, and the city skyline with the lights scattered among the towers that could resemble stars during dusk- you wouldn’t want to miss having  this scenic shot in your collection. #DTSP #DowntownStPete #StPeteSkyline
