DAY 1:
PARO (7,200ft/2195m)
Arrive in Paro, where a OneSeed representative will be there to greet you. Check into our partner lodge and catch up on some much needed sleep or explore the city on your own.

DAY 2:
PARO (7,200ft/2195m)
Time to check out the famous Tiger's Nest Temple. This hike will take around 6 hours in total and is well worth the climb. The temple was originally built in 1692 and is sure to take your breath away if the elevation hasn't already done so. Complete the hike and return to Paro for the evening.

DAY 3:
PARO TO JELE DZONG (11,319ft/3450m)
Begin the trek! Most of the day will be a steady incline up toward Jele Dzong. If the weather is clear, catch a glimpse of the majestic Mt. Jomolhari in the distance.

Total distance: 6.2 miles. Approximately 5-6 hours of trekking

Inclusions: All meals (Choice of 2 options including vegetarian, coffee, tea, water. Other options available for guest purchase), transportation, park entrance fee, trekking permit, camping accommodations.
DAY 4:
JELE DZONG TO JANGCHULAKA (12,402ft/3780m)
Meander through a thick alpine forest and enjoy the blooming rhododendron trees. Follow the ridge until you reach the campsite.

Total distance: 6.2 miles. Approximately 4-5 hours of trekking

DAY 5:
JANGCHULAKA TO JIMILANGTSO (12,730ft/3880m)
Continue along the ridge to catch breathtaking views of the valley. Camp near the Jimilangtso lake before retiring to your tent for the evening.

Total distance: 6.8 miles. Approximately 5-6 hours of trekking

DAY 6:
JIMILANGTSO TO PHAJODING (12,697ft/3870m)
Pass by a yak herder camp on today's trek. Also keep your eye out for a good view of Mt. Gangkhar Punsum, Bhutan's highest mountain. Camp at Phajoding and enjoy views of the entire Thimphu Valley.

Total distance: 6.8 miles. Approximately 5-6 hours of trekking

DAY 7:
PHAJODING TO PARO (7,200ft/2195m)
Complete the descent through the pine forest. Reach Thimphu before returning to Paro for a celebration dinner and a hot shower.

Total distance: 2.5 miles. Approximately 3 hours of trekking
